I’m sure you’ve heard alot about what Probiotics can do to help your body!  I’m not a doctor, nor do I claim to be, but here is some information on Probiotics incase you haven’t heard about what good it can do for you!

A probiotic is an organism which contributes to the health and balance of the intestinal tract and is often referred to as the “friendly”, “beneficial” or “good” bacteria which when ingested acts to maintain a healthy intestinal tract and help fight illness and disease.

According to USProbiotics.org, adding probiotics to your diet can help reduce the risk of certain diarrheal illnesses, assist lactose intolerant people with lactose digestion, enhance the immune function and can also help with many other illnesses!

I know by personally taking Vidazorb® Super C, I can see a great difference in my digestive system. After eating certain foods, my stomach would become irritable and would feel nauseous or bloated, especially pizza that was too greasy or cheesy! Well, I have had greasy, cheesy pizza twice since I’ve been taking this and feel great afterward!! Coincidence? I don’t think so!!

Plus, Vidazorb® is super convenient! It’s non-refrigerated, tastes great and has a two year shelf stability!! When I went on vacation, I just threw it in my bag and took it with me! You do have to take it 3 times a day but not really a big deal. Just take one with each meal. It becomes routine after a while!!  Most people can safely add probiotics to a healthy diet. If you’re considering taking probiotic supplements, check with your doctor to make sure the supplements are right for you.
